Fusion Event Finding and Sorting

This analysis was used for finding exosome secretion events and would likely work to find fusion events in neuroendocrine systems. It uses Matlab and pre-existing code from other spot finding methods. A tutorial video and stepwise instructions are available.

Simulation of Secretion Events

This code was used to simulate the leaving of exosomes and dye from a fusion site.
